Components

• 106 double-sided cards: a bird on one side, food on the other
• 5 Nest cards and 5 player aids
• 60 egg tokens and 5 player tokens
• 1 first-player card
• 1 goal display and 9 double-sided goal cards (advanced game)
• 11 Automa cards and a solo Nest card, with their own rulebook

Setup

1. 1
   The supply. In the middle: four face-down food decks, each with one bird face up beside it.

   Your Nest. Each player takes a Nest card, with 1 egg on it. Your flock starts at the Nest and grows to its right.

   Your reserve. Each player starts with 4 food cards and 2 bird cards, face up in front of them.

   Player token. Take the feather-shaped token in your colour to mark your place along your flock.
5. 5
   First player. Give someone the first-player card.
